Having as father a well know painter, Petru MALUTAN
received an artistical education from when he was a child, but despite his father expectation he played more in the area of music than in the area
of fine arts.
Later, as a student, he had the opportunity to study piano in
particular and to be part of music life in Brasov where he
administered a Disco Club as manager of the University Club.
Stepping out from the comunism in 1989, known as Antik Future, he began
writting music. Most of the songs of that period were done using ScreamTracker
with a 286 PC or a 386 SX (remember?) and a LPT1 output.
Part of Studio X he
wrote Aliens and America and he did the sound processing of all 4 songs,
and he also
did the vocals on Aliens and partially in Intro and America.
Later he continued to write more music alone, having right now
more than 20-30 songs which never went out to public elsehow than on line.
"Life make all of us busy, I am trying to evolve and to do more but as
many others, time will decide our music future... " he said in one of our
chat session.
