Small Wood Amp??? - Einstine - 20:30 15-11-05

Someone had posted a link for a small wooden amp that I thought was a great price,
but I lost the link.

All I can tell you is it was at least aprtially wood, and had a old vintage radio look to it.

Is this the one youre talking about?

I have one and I love it. I bought the little Korg Ampworks amp modeller
and it fits in the back perfectly. (If put in backwards that is...)

One word of warning though, someone else bought one on my recomendation and
had to return it... twice, because there was an unnaceptable buzz. But, for
the ones that *do* work... theres probably no better buy out there for a
small 10 watter, thats battery powered as well.

Might have been an old Guild Accoustic. I had one and I kick myself in the
ass for ever selling it.

It had a full-bodied stereo quality to it that I really miss.

How long does it run on battery?

For $70 this thing seems pretty amazing.
