Motorcycle Music Question - Glen - 20:33 20-11-05

I Have a Dell Dj that I run on my RoadKing. I bought the JM handlebar
speakers, and the MP3 pouch that mounts to the handlebars. My problem
is..that at highway speeds the DJ cuts itself and then restarts a little
while later, at the same place that it stopped.Dell says it is a environment
problem. Im thinking about trying the ipod now, since the Dell seems to
'skip' according to Dell support.
Has anyone else had the same experience as me..and if so what did you do to
solve the annoying problem.
Thanks Glen

I think that player is hard drive based. Get a flash player, it will not
skip like the hard drive based MP3 players. I've got an IPOD Mini that
drives me crazy. It's a quirky little player. I've got a flash based
Wal-mart player that I use while working and have never had a problem with
it. I work for the phone company , climb ladders, crawl in manholes and
never have a problem with it.
